In a network centric condition monitoring system many services can be provided online, including data collection, processing, storage, and presentation. InWeb™ delivers Predictive Maintenance software as a service. In addition, it collects, processes, stores and presents data received from data acquisition devices. What this means for users is convenience of not having to install and maintain complex software. Maintenance personnel can now concentrate on their core duty of maintaining the equipment.
To use this service, authorized users log on to InCheck monitoring website. The application software is then being sent to the user's computer according with the user profile and runs as any desktop application. The necessary data is requested from the server or database behind the scenes and is streamed back to the application. Software updates, server maintenance, scheduled backups and other activities to preserve data integrity are performed by InCheck and included in the service.
With InWeb™ implementing a predictive maintenance program is easy as it does not require investing into a full system and can be implemented on a small scale first. The amount of data collected with a condition monitoring system can be overwhelming, even after the data has been reduced with diagnostic software. To help users determine the best course of action in their maintenance activities InCheck Technologies offers online engineering services that include:
- Analysis and verification of alert generation parameters against base line records
- Trend analysis for potential problem prediction with weekly reports for developing faults
- Vibration analysis and data interpretation. Performed and reported upon alert events

| System and Data Maintenance Services
For those customers who operate a local database and application server InCheck provides multi-level technical support that may include:
- Software updates and server maintenance
- Telephone support
- Remote system troubleshooting via secure connection to InSite™ application server
- Hardware stocking and replacement program. It covers hardware, such as InBox™ data acquisition modules and
InSite™ server appliance. A replacement unit can be shipped to the site overnight with preinstalled and
preconfigured software.
- Scheduled data back-ups and replication to preserve data integrity
- Stand-by remote server is available for uninterrupted data services
